I think I woke up this little squirrel when I was getting ready to take sunrise pictures just by his burrow.

Driving down Highway 1 in California you can spot various animals. For example pelicans, deers, otters, zebras… Wait, zebras? In California? I guess horses are not the trendy farm animal any more.
This little hummingbird is visiting the feeder on my balcony every day. He doesn’t mind the camera, is not affraid of flash and allows to be photographed multiple times.
A loud thunder hit the valley in the Sierra Nevada. The sound echoed through the mountain peaks. Cows gave me a terrified look, waiting for me to let them out of the pasture.
